White Pine County Courthouse  - Located between 900 Campton and Clark Streets, Ely.  Unique copper-coated dome. Built in 1909 to replace the old frame courthouse now used as the Courthouse Annex.  Eclectic - Neo-Classical and Italianate architectural style building.  Listed 09/11/86.

Fort Ruby

Fort Ruby  - Near Hobson on W. side of Ruby Lake, Hobson vicinity. (2 buildings burned 1992)  National Historic Landmark Site 10/15/66

Fort Schellbourne

Fort Schellbourne - 43 miles N. of Ely, Off US 93 on NV 2, Ely vicinity.   Historic Site  02/23/72 & Boundary Increase 08/04/77

Great Basin National Park and Baker area

Baker Ranger Station  - Great Basin National Park, Baker vicinity.   Restored 1930's Buildings  10/17/95

Johnson Lake Mine Historic District  - Great Basin National Park, Baker vicinity.   Historic District.  The mine was a tungsten mine that operated by 1916 and during World War I. The mine was worked sporadically until about 1935 when a snowslide caused damage.  There are 16 structures at this site. These include a bunkhouse, cook cabin, processing mill , a stable, a corral, a dam, mine adit, and an aerial tramway which was used to carry ore from the mine to the mill. 11/02/95

Lehman Orchard and Aqueduct  - Lehman Caves National Monument, Baker vicinity.   Located at the Visitors Center at the Great Basin National Park.  Some grafts have recently been taken to try to continue the original strain.  The smaller trees you see today are not from the original stock and were planted by school children.  Historic Site  02/25/75

Rhodes Cabin  - Lehman Caves National Monument, Baker vicinity.  Log cabin built to host tourists visiting Lehman Caves and located at the Great Basin National Park Visitors Center.  Building   02/25/75
