Ruth, Nevada Copper Mines Map

Map showing some of the mines, shafts, canyons, hills and dumps in the Ruth, Nevada area. Ruth is located 7 miles from Ely, Nevada.

The first mine in the area, the Elijah, is shown on Highway 50 near Lane City (Mineral City) in Robinson Canyon. Ely, Nevada can be seen in the lower right hand corner. The large Copper Pit overlook can be accessed from Highway 6 or at the Ruth turnoff at Keystone Junction.

The popular Garnet Hill is to the right of Keystone Junction.
